     The worries and anxiety about COVID-19 and its impact can be overwhelming for many of us. And personally I consider that social distancing makes everything even more complex. Too much information, rumors and misinformation make us feel out of control and we are not clear on what to do.
    I believe that self-care strategies are good for our physical and mental health, and can help us take some control of our lives in this reality that we live.
